Small Businesses

Businesses with fewer than 50 employees aren’t required to offer health insurance and often opt out due to costs. However, many owners see the importance of providing healthcare to attract talent. GRACE365 fills this gap with a direct care membership covering up to 90% of healthcare needs. For those already offering insurance, this is a budget-friendly alternative for employees who decline costly plans, providing unlimited access to essential healthcare.

One fixed monthly fee gets your employees
unlimited access to a primary care provider with no
visit fees, no co-pays and no deductibles.

Large & Midsize Businesses

Fully-Insured Groups

Modern health plans often fall short for everyday care. Rising premiums have left many employees opting out, leaving them without access to quality healthcare. Show your team you care by offering unlimited primary care.

Employee healthcare is simpler, more affordable, and higher quality when you pay for it directly.

Save insurance for the big stuff - let us take care of the rest.

Self-Insured Groups

Reduce unnecessary claims and save significantly by making GRACE365 the foundation of your health plan.

With around-the-clock access to care, your employees generate fewer claims for costly urgent care, ER visits, and specialist services.

Employers also benefit from direct payments for steeply discounted lab work, imaging and other inoffice services outside of insurance.

Increase Quality. Increase Access. Decrease Claims.

Employee FAQ

How does GRACE365 pair with insurance?

The same way car insurance isn’t meant to be used for regular maintenance, neither should your expensive health insurance. GRACE365 sis your employee’s first stop for any primary healthcare need. Our providers can handle up to 90% of member’s needs in-office, like colds, flus, physicals, blood draws, labs, urgent care services, chronic disease management and much more. This can lead to fewer urgent and emergent claims to the employee’s health plan, which can result in lower premiums for the employer, especially for self-funded groups.

How can GRACE365 affect my expenses?

Our fees are simple and predictable. We charge employer’s a low PEPM (per employee per month) fee. Without the added expense of billers, admin and high overhead, we can provide exceptional care for less. For less than the cost of a single ER visit, you can give your employee an entire year of unlimited primary care. This lowers overall number of claims which can lower your premiums the following year.

Is there an enrollment period?

No, because GRACE365 is not insurance you can enroll or unenroll your team members at any time.

Do I have to purchase it for all my employees?

Most employers choose to pay the entire membership for their employees. Some of our small business customers choose to pay a portion and ask the employee to pay for the rest.

Is insurance required?

No insurance is required to be integrated. However, it’s recommended that our members integrate their DPC membership with some type of coverage for needs that may not be addressed with their membership. Many are opting to pair their membership with medical cost sharing plans or indemnity plans. Reach out to learn more about these options.
